The journey of Modern Tasmeem is rooted in over a decade of passion and experience. It began in 2012, when Javed Lohar, our founder and lead designer, established his first interior design firm in India, operating it successfully for two years. In 2014, Javed relocated to Saudi Arabia, where he spent the next decade working across diverse residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Kingdom.
Through years of listening to clients, Javed identified a recurring gap in the market: the frustration with unreliable contractors and the lack of efficient post-design support. Customers deserved better — they deserved assurance, transparency, and peace of mind.
In 2025, Javed founded Modern Tasmeem with a clear mission: to solve these real customer problems through technology, strict vendor management, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
